Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific electronic item from your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure full credit and safe transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the device upon arrival, and once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
